Live Music - Jimi Can and Band

Event date: 18 June 2023, 8:00pm

JOIN US FOR LIVE MUSIC FROM SOME OF BRISTOL’S BEST PERFORMERS IN TOBACCO FACTORY CAFE BAR, EVERY SUNDAY 8-10PM.

Cutting loose with a cool grooving, irresistibly warm performance, Jimi's unique blend of styles draws from his own background and diverse musical influences that range from flamenco to Afro-Latino or West African.

Jimi Can's music seems to look both backwards to a time when songs meant something, when people thought music could change the world, and forwards to a new globalised pop.

Expect some singing with passion and directness, flamboyant guitar strumming, latino piano plus space synth and good doses of world drums & percussions.
