To keep our environment safe for both the people who visit us and the team who look after you, we operate a strict Zero-Tolerance Policy toward any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour.
Our Expected Standards
Respect Our Team: our staff are here to serve you and deserve a safe workplace. Any unwanted physical contact, suggestive remarks, microaggressions, or aggressive language toward our team will result in immediate removal from the venue.
Respect Each Other: we do not tolerate harassment of any kind between patrons. This includes unwelcome attention, stalking, intimidation, or discriminatory comments based on sex, race, sexual orientation, disability, or age.
Look Out for One Another: If you see something that doesn’t feel right, say something.
What Happens If This Code is Broken?
Any person who breaches this code will be asked to leave the venue immediately.
Where appropriate, management will permanently ban the individual and report the behaviour directly to the police.
