Bordeaux Quay Bakery

The Bakery employs traditional methods and uses organic flours from Gloucestershire to produce handmade loaves, pastries and other baked delights for the Restaurant, Brasserie and Deli.

They produce a varied array of traditional and modern breads; this includes slow overnight ferments and natural sourdoughs. Made with reduced amounts of salt and other dubious additives, they rely simply on time-honoured and artisan methods to produce breads of great texture and quality.
