Bordeaux Quay Bakery

The Bakery employs traditional methods and uses organic flours from Gloucestershire to produce handmade loaves, pastries and other baked delights for the Restaurant, Brasserie and Deli.

They produce a varied array of traditional and modern breads; this includes slow overnight ferments and natural sourdoughs. Made with reduced amounts of salt and other dubious additives, they rely simply on time-honoured and artisan methods to produce breads of great texture and quality.

Absolutely Cakes

Absolutely Cakes cupcakes, cakes & macarons are additive free, contain locally sourced organic & fair trade ingredients. The only cake company in the West of England to be awarded 3 stars by the Guild of Fine Food.

Agnes Spencer

A family based, Jamaican food company, producing recipes from their grandmother, Agnes Spencer, specialising in Jerk Chicken and Jamaican Patties.

Chin! Chin!

A selection of deli style picnic boxes and Afternoon Teas (all in recyclable packaging), containing homemade gluten free cakes as well as homemade fudge, scones with homemade artisan jams and pulled pork scotch eggs.

Fishman with a difference

Fresh sustainable fish, shellfish and traditional smoked fish, including Arbroath smokies, Buckling, Bloaters & Smoked Cod, to name a few.

Ladies clothes and accessories, mainly Italian, specialising in silk and linen garments.

She Sells Sushi

Sustainably and ethically sourced fish made into sushi, with local ingredients where possible.

The sushi is made on the morning of each market to ensure itís as fresh as it can possibly be. You may even see some being made on the stall.
