While space does occasionally become available the demand for this unusual accommodation is much greater than the supply - however George Ferguson's Bristol based architectural practice, Ferguson Mann is working on a variety of other mixed use projects in Bristol and the west country.

The businesses in the Tobacco Factory are from the 'creative industries', including graphic design, publishing, advertising, internet services, website design, music promotion, animation, art conservation and theatre production. The building has a creative buzz about it with several businesses within the building interacting.

The offices are housed in a variety of spaces with an industrial character and exposed services - you see what you get - as opposed to the standard product associated with the city centre. There is not a suspended ceiling to be found!
