You can book tickets in advance for any performance at The Tobacco Factory by calling Box Office on 0117 902 0344 or coming into Box Office in person. Booking enquiries can also be made by emailing tickets@tobaccofactory.com.
If emailing, please do not include your card details – we will call you back for this information. Cheques should be made payable to Tobacco Factory Arts Trust. For all booking methods, please include a daytime phone number for a call back.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds on tickets, but can exchange tickets for other performances of the same production (subject to availability) if 48 hours’ notice is given. A £1 administration fee (per transaction) will apply for exchanging tickets.
Box Office is open:
Mon – Sat (from Sep – May): 10am – 6.30pm
Mon – Sat from (Jun – Sep): 12noon – 6.30pm
Box Office is closed on Sundays and Bank Holiday.
(If there is a performance on a Sunday or Bank Holiday, Box Office will be open two hours prior to the performance, but we recommend that you book your tickets in advance.)

Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards. A booking fee of 50p for 1 ticket, or £1 for 2 or more tickets applies for all card transactions.

Concessions
Concessions are available for most performances and prices are listed in ‘What’s on’. Concessionary tickets are available for under 16s, full time students, benefit claimants, disabled people, over 60s and Equity members. Full time students will be required to show a valid student card when collecting tickets.

Reservations
Tickets can be reserved without payment for a maximum of 48 hours - full payment is then required. Reserved tickets may be sold if not collected at least 30 minutes before the performance.

Access
The Tobacco Factory theatre is fully wheelchair accessible and has a hearing loop system. Seating in the Tobacco Factory is unreserved, so if you have specific seating requirements please let Box Office know.
